The country GM is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for Singapore. This include sales strategies, inventory management, pricing, staffing decisions and more.
Key Results Areas:
- P&L responsibility - Participate in budget setting. Grow and achieve both top and bottom line target as well as meeting country-level growth metrics set by senior leadership.
- Sales Development- Take a strong lead and hands-on approach in business development and sales determine optimal utilization of staff and resources improve the goals and accountabilities of sales team effectively lead sales team to grow the business, expand sales network and reach revenue targets.
- Implementing Brand Strategies - this includes brand building, devise advertising and promotional plans, products positioning, product launch, product development and global brand marketing development.
- Pricing & Inventory - Using various pricing strategies tooptimize sell out and increase profitability thru managing sales mixes and focusing sales people on high value and high return products. Maintain healthy inventory cycle to reduce obsolesce and age stocks.
- Suppliers Relationship - Managing communication with suppliers on production order and constantly feedback to them market update which include competitor's activities and price movement, imports regulation, product development, demand forecasting and marketing supports.
- Reporting - Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development.
