We are seeking an experienced General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company and driving business growth to the next level. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism industry, with a focus on Business Development and Operations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage both Sales and Operations teams effectively.
- Experience in setting company and team targets to achieve overall business objectives.
- Strong background in customer service management.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example.
- A deep understanding of various markets, with the ability to build local sales teams to promote Singapore and regional products.
- Cross-cultural experience, with the ability to work in diverse environments.
- Familiarity with various GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and online booking platforms.
- Experience working overseas is a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in China and proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel frequently overseas for market development and business expansion.
- Experience in the IPO process will be considered a significant advantage.
- Experience in customised Luxury Tourism and high network clients
