As an experienced leader from the fintech industry, you'll develop and execute the strategy to scale a high growth company, whilst managing P&L performance. Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, youll bring to the team deep domain expertise in payments and an ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment. Youre comfortable setting commercial strategy, securing new partnership deals and exceeding sales targets to take the business to the next level!

What you will do:


Own and manage the P&L for our Payments business in Singapore and Indonesia, responsible for Commercial teams (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships) as well as Regional Operations & Customer Service teams.
Achieve solid growth and market leading position, whilst enhancing our reputation as a leading and trusted payments platform, in collaboration with regional teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, etc.)
Deliver superior value propositions to our customers through deep understanding of the local payments industry
Establish internal controls and operational SOPs that ensure the business scales whilst managing risk and staying compliant at all times.
Collaborate with the Lending business to drive cross-sell & customer retention
Oversee the Singapore and Indonesia sales strategy, holding team members accountable for delivery against targets.
Lead strategic partnerships and develop strong networks across SME and digital ecosystems.
Develop strong, positive working relationships with government bodies and regulators.
Drive employee engagement in line with our culture and values
Based on experience, performance and ambition, potential for Regional scope as we scale Payments across other countries in SE Asia

Requirements

What we are looking for:


12+ years of working experience in financial services with P&L responsibilities (including Risk & Compliance experience), with exposure to the FinTech/Payments industry
Understand financial services, technology and risk management
Experience working in both a startup / small firm and big corporates
Experience building from the ground up, not limited to start-ups, but also driving key strategic initiatives within larger organizations
Experience leading a team 15+ people, being a leader of leaders
Strong industry network and experience working with regulators
Strong growth mindset and servant leadership in alignment with our core values
