Job Responsibility
. Manage sales report and performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
. Assign duties to team members and create work schedules.
. Develop operational strategies and ensure that the operational activities meet the organization's requirements.
. Manage bid conditions and tender preparations.
. Monitor bid management to ensure it is aligned with the company and customers requirements.
. Maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
. Candidate must possess a BCA-recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
. At least 5-8 years experience and experience in Steelwork will be an advantage.
. Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables.
. Analytical, independent, self-motivated, possess a positive working attitude and takes responsibility in his work.
. Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
. Applicants with prior relevant experience in residential/ commercial/ industrial/ healthcare/ institutional/ government sector/ other projects will be preferred.
