Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Ensure employee data in Workday is accurate for monthly payroll process
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and Payroll system
Update payroll on new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates
Prepare and submit required reports and filings related to compensation and benefits.
Full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit (Insurance renewal, insurance & medical claims, payment matters, variable bonus, Annual Performance Appraisal and Merit Increment etc.)
Support and maintain salary structures and job classifications for hourly employees.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices where necessary
Administer salary surveys and analyze data to recommend adjustments.
Design and manage employee benefits programs, including employee health insurance
Evaluate and negotiate with benefits providers to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive coverage.
Administration of employee benefits - Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization
Integral part of TISAX audits and adherence matters
Any other HR projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree (Human Resource Management, Business Admin)
Minimum 10 -15 years HR related experience
Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Good communications skills and value team work
