The Company

Our client is a leading player in its industry, keen to hire a Finance Manager to oversee the accounting operations for largely Singapore and Malaysia portfolio.

Financial Reporting and FP&A are handled by separate teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA/ CPA/ CA qualified
• More than 8 years of experience in handling the full sets of accounts (specifically in managing AP and GL) in the commercial sector, good knowledge of accounting principles
• Regional exposure in MNCs required
• More than 3 years of experience in team management
• Exposure from Infrastructure, Real Estate, Property, Construction industry can be advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible, collaborative, hands-on, driven, has a positive attitude, good communication
• Able to work well in a fluid environment, willing to roll up sleeves to get hands dirty when required

Budget


SGD 10,000 12,500 x 12 months + Bonus

Job Scope

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible in managing a Finance operations portfolio with a main focus in overseeing Accounts Payables (AP) and the review of General Ledger (GL), looking at process improvement and streamlining of existing AP processes. You will manage day to day operations, month-end closing, and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial records. You will ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements. You will evaluate existing processes and take a proactive approach in driving process improvement and enhance efficiency.
