My client is an established player in the Real Estate Hospitality industry. Keen to hire a Finance talent to manage Treasury and review of overseas Accounting portfolio.

Requirements

• Degree qualified from NTU/NUS/SMU or established universities
• Experience in Regional Accounting required
• Treasury experience or a keen interest to learn Treasury
• Ability to manage a small team
• Hospitality/ Real Estate industry exposure can be advantageous
• Prior external audit exposure can be helpful
• Traits: Team player, good learning attitude, hardworking, hands-on, proactive, independent, results-oriented, mature

Budget

SGD 7,500 - 8,500 per month + Bonus

Job Scope

As the Finance Manager (Treasury & Accounting), you will be responsible in managing a portfolio comprising of approximately 50% Treasury and 50% in handling overseas accounts. You will monitor and manage the Group's treasury position, ensuring compliance with loan covenants and regulations. You will monitor funds utilization, manage funds from interests and dividends, support in bank loan financing and re-financing initiatives, maintain banking relationship, and perform hands-on interest rate analysis. You will also be responsible in managing an overseas account, in reviewing finance operations, expenditures, management reports, variance analysis, operational and statutory requirements. There may be opportunities for this position to support in deals (acquisition / divestment) and due diligence activities, review of transaction document. As part of the Group, you may also assist in financial reporting, SGX announcement and preparation of presentation to the Board and AC.
