Position Overview
Driving the commercial/ business development for Aerospace Industry Vertical for South Asia Oceania Region.
Work closely with the Global, other regions and Operating Companies to development commercial strategy and initiatives.
Marketing & targeting the leading company with clear strategic plan.
Develop India market, working closely with Operation Companies.
Enrich the Aerospace experience and knowledge to Operation Companies.
Achieve global strategy & target.
Reports to Global Head of Aerospace IV Team
Responsibilities
Achieve the region target, working with Operating Companies (Opcos) sales.
Drive sales pipelines through establishing monthly PDCA Call.
Utilize CRM to ensure substantial pipeline to achieve goals.
Support region Aerospace IV account and formulate region Aerospace IV strategy.
Promote of Aerospace IV Development by gathering and analyze insight & best practice of Global major Industries for Logistics, translate into sales collateral, define and supervise, lead the execution of global Aerospace IV strategy by following the plan in assigned region.
Support Opcos to drive Aerospace IV business development.
Act as a principal in leading Aerospace IV sales members in the region, observe fixed points of activities and carry out necessary support, advice and cooperation.
Drive and lead key RFQ by working closely with Opcos & tender team.
Implementation onboard meeting to Opcos to enrich the Opcos Aerospace experience.
Develop Aerospace IV specific customer value proposition and commercial model, Collaborate with BUs to develop new global Aerospace IV specific products.
Lead the analysis and development sales of the top companies in major industries and build the foundation to develop into important customers. Also use materials to explain basic information and logistics characteristics of Aerospace IV that make it easy for Opcos and the region to understand the characteristics and approach methods of each Aerospace IV, and to educate them widely.
Identify target, potential accounts and guide the strategies and development plan in the region.
Execute annual development plan (IVDP) prepared by each Aerospace IV team.
Proceed activities according to IVDP and report progress periodically to IV Head.
Adjust activity planning referring feedback from IV Head and contribute to achieve annual development plan (IVDP).
Participate in building up IVDP for following year proactively.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor of business-related field ideally with a major
At least 5 years of experience in international logistics or as a sales representative in charge of customers in own IV.
Knowledge of specific industries Experience in Aerospace IV and be familiar with the characteristics of industries is a must.
Have a logical thinking with ability to anticipate and propose future logistics optimizations based on a deep understanding of Aerospace IV specificities and a thorough understanding of customer supply chains.
Demonstrated excellence skill of strategic and tactics problem solving.
Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
Able to work independently and within team and across teams.
Able to demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative.
Being good at hypothesis and execution. Ability to create multiple scenarios based on acquired information and to create solutions from various angles by actual testing the hypothesis.
Advanced communication skills, teamwork and coordination.
Strong cooperation and able to engage information, personnel and people necessary to achieve objectives.
Fluent English proficiency mandatory, other languages is an advantage.
