Job Description
As the Compliance Manager, the incumbent will lead the development and implementation of compliance standards, establishing and promoting an effective Compliance Program that ensures adherence to internal and external regulations, including group requirements.
- Drive the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) and related documentation.
- Ensure the CMS aligns with ISO 37301, relevant laws, regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
- Create, update, and enhance compliance-related documents (e.g., Code of Conduct, Compliance Guidelines).
- Establish and enforce organizational compliance rules and ensure adherence to both internal and external standards.
- Oversee the CMS framework's development and ensure the implementation of a reporting channel for compliance cases.
- Manage compliance investigations and resolutions, documenting cases as necessary.
- Raise compliance awareness through the design and delivery of staff training sessions.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks, supporting the development of controls that align with regulatory requirements.
- Foster collaboration between Compliance Management and the Internal Control System for increased efficiency.
- Ensure the CMS aligns with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Maintain strong relationships with data centers and other company departments.
- Contribute to management reports and provide compliance advice to employees and business units.
- Support the commercial units on client requests, contracts, and audits.
The Successful Applicant
- A completed university degree (Master's/Diploma preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 6 years of experience in compliance management within a regional capacity.
- Additional professional training or qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 19600, 37301).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills for compliance investigations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in an international team environment.
