A prestigious global financial services organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic events management professional. This high-impact, individual contributor role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end execution of premier international events. With significant visibility and influence, this position is integral to delivering exceptional client experiences and advancing the firm's global brand presence.
THE ROLE
- Drive the planning, developing, and delivering of top notch external events globally that align with the firm's strategic direction.
- Lead end-to-end event management, from concept to execution, for physical, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Partner closely with global and regional internal stakeholders; and leverage on your existingnetwork and develop new relationships with vendors, partners and agencies.
- Ensuring events uphold the bank's brand, values, and sustainability commitments.
- Track and analyze event performance to measure impact and optimise
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimally 10 years of global events management experience for high-profile events such as World Economic Forum, Sibos, IMF, Money20/20, etc.
- At least 5 years of client side experience within a global financial institution.
- Strong understanding of the financial services market.
- Strong project management skills.
- Meticulous, organized and high ability to multi-task.
- Influential and a people person, you have strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
