Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Chief Human Capital Officer of SATS, the Global Head for Culture Transformation is a change champion; responsible for promoting and driving a comprehensive cultural transformation across the organization.
This role requires a leader who will be able to drive cultural change and foster a positive work environment by developing and implementing strategies to evolve the organization's culture in alignment with our People Values, mission and strategic business objectives, and ensuring that these cultural initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained globally.
This culture transformation leader will partner with the senior leadership team to define the organization's desired cultural attributes and identify cultural gaps and opportunities. You will do so through comprehensive assessments such as utilizing employee feedback, engagement surveys and other diagnostic tools to gain insights and understanding of diverse needs and cultural nuances across business units and geographies.
Through this, you will develop a deep understanding of cultural strengths and areas for further alignment and thereafter create a roadmap for change and action plans which align with our values, business priorities and drive positive change, whilst ensuring that culture transformation efforts are effectively integrated across all regions and business units in consideration of local nuances and practices.
You will design and implement change management initiatives to support the culture transformation journey, including communication plans, training programmes and leadership development. This will be done in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational change efforts.
You will also establish a framework of continuous feedback, metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of culture transformation initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for interventions where necessary to the leadership team.
As part of the Human Capital Leadership Team, your remit may include business partnering responsibilities with key stakeholders on strategic organizational and capability building in order to develop a People strategy in support of business objectives and growth.
Key Requirements
- A Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education or a related field, with a minimum of 10 to 15 years in culture transformation, organisational development and change management in global and/or multinational environments.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, employee engagement strategies and organizational behaviour, with a demonstrated ability to drive change in a multiculturally and geographically dispersed organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact of cultural initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
