What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles
- Create compelling content for B2B audience across various channels (e.g, Monthly EDMs, LinkedIn Posts etc.)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Manage B2B and B2C marketing campaigns from conception to execution
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B and B2C marketing
- Manage a marketing team
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 years prior experience in B2B and B2C marketing roles
- Experience across EMEA and APAC regions
- Experience in team management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software such as Hubspot
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude
- Fluent English
