The Role:
As the Global Head of Product for Institutional and Retail, you will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for our platform, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of institutional investors and retail traders. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic foresight, hands-on product management, and a deep understanding of both user segments within the crypto and fintech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy that aligns with our goals for institutional and retail users, fostering engagement, loyalty, and growth across both segments.
- Innovation & User-Centric Development
- Identify market opportunities and lead the development of innovative features and products tailored to institutional and retail audiences, ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, compliance, and customer support teams to bring products to market efficiently and in line with regulatory standards.
- Market Insight & Adaptability
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our products remain competitive, compliant, and relevant for institutional clients and retail traders.
- Performance & Analytics
- Use data-driven insights and user feedback to continuously improve product performance, user satisfaction, and retention.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience
- 10+ years in product management, with significant experience in fintech, crypto, or digital finance.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling products for both institutional and retail markets.
- Technical & Market Knowledge
- Deep understanding of crypto trading, blockchain technology, and the distinct needs of institutional and retail users.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of crypto products is highly desirable.
