About The Team

As a member of the Global HR FOR HR team, your role in HR has a profound impact on a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. Your work in HR FOR HR will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build a HR function for the world's next elite Internet company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.
What you will do
- Familiar with corporate organization management and talent management philosophy, policies, programs.
- Partner with Business Leaders to identify learning needs across organization/geographic areas in charge from consultant perspect.
- Leverage TNA and Employee Engagement Survey findings, develop annual L&D framework for business leaders and employees, and drive plan delivery.
- Act as internal Consultant for business to design, develop and deliver practical learning solutions to address important management & global topics surfaced as business grows.
- Update and deliver existing talent management programs throughout employee lifecycles (e.g. leadership programs for leaders at all levels, competency model for professionals).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifiactions
- Over 5 years of experience in HR. In addition, preferably have practical experience in one or two areas below: HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Management Consulting, Change Management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, good at critical thinking and problem solving.
- Good business acumen.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects. Experience with regional/global/global project management preferred.

- Excellent organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.
- Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while working autonomously.
- A team player with great interpersonal skills and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.
