Global OD & TM Director

An established MNC company is looking for a Global OD and TM Director based in Singapore. As one of the key HR executives of the organization and reporting directly to the CHRO, the Global OD & TM Director will serve as the change leader to the CHRO and other senior management stakeholders, leading a team and designing and implementing the company's projects, programs, and policies to support the organizational growth.

You will be responsible for

• Driving strategic HR initiatives, program management, and organizational change across a multinational, matrixed environment.
• Designing and executing organizational development initiatives including competency frameworks, leadership pathways, and high-performing team development.
• Formulating and implementing a comprehensive talent development strategy encompassing leadership, performance coaching, and professional communities.

You are expected to bring:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• More than 12 years of OD/TM Leadership experience in MNC working environment, preferably with global role exposure.
• High competency in project management, financial acumen, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder influence.
