Global Product and Marketing Manager PreFab

About the Role

As the Global Product and Marketing Manager PreFab, you'll be part of a motivated global team advancing Prefabrication (PreFab), Modular, and Offsite (PMO) solutions. You will shape the global product portfolio and lead marketing strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in construction.

We leverage advanced technologies within the ARDEX Group to deliver rapid solutions for factory production environments. Our expertise includes waterproofing, floor and wall systems, construction adhesives, membranes, and more. Our customers include prefabricated element manufacturers, modular builders, bathroom pod manufacturers and marine and offshore companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global product and marketing strategies for PMO applications.
• Optimize product portfolios for specific customer segments, supporting ideation to launch.
• Create compelling value propositions and conduct market analysis.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement global marketing strategies.
• Support sales with tools, training, and customer engagement.
• Lead international projects and work with stakeholders to streamline offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international B2B product management experience, with significant exposure to the construction industry. Experience with PreFab and related topics is a plus.
• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven project management skills with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication, intercultural competence, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally.
