JR59284 Global Quality Production OperatorJob Description:
We are looking for Production Operator who will be responsible for operating equipment and ensuring quality output. You will need to take initiatives in maintaining overall production efficiencies of assigned workstations logging the machines when necessary and communicating to the appropriate personnel. Your responsibilities include supporting a safe work environment by following safety procedures and promptly reporting identified hazards. Responsibilities and Tasks:
Operate and Maintain Equipment
- Monitor and operate assigned machines at Test or Burn.
- Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily job duties.
- Provide full machine coverage during working hours.
- Verify that machine is logged accurately.
- Monitor equipment performance discrepancies and communicate to appropriate personnel.
-May perform basic troubleshooting of equipment in operation.
- Log down machines when necessary.
- Display an appropriate sense of urgency and prioritize machine alarms.
- Use problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and suggest resolutions to appropriate personnel.
Ensure Quality of Process and Product
- Run equipment based on current process requirements (e.g. procedures, change notifications, etc.)
- Perform required machine checks, buddy checks (when applicable), and surveillance.
- Identify deviations and apply appropriate deviation codes.
- Verify lot information in product tracking systems.
- Prevent scrap/damage by using proper handling methods for transporting product and supplies.
- Make suggestions to increase quality and efficiency of processes.
Demonstrate Initiative
- Perform assigned tasks on time and follow through with commitments without being reminded.
- Accept responsibility and be accountable for performance.
- Remain productive during process/ machine idle times - seek out tasks.
-Complete trainings on time.
- Contribute to the cleanliness of the area, compliance to 6S.
Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment
- Identify and promptly report hazards.
- Follow safety procedures and area work rules (including use of proper PPE and chemical safety if applicable).
- Use proper lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically correct manner.
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturer and company guidelines.

- Any other job assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in Semiconductor industry.
Minimum qualification of SPM / O-Level.
Able to work in aircon atmosphere in 12hrs permanent DAY shift or 12hrs bi-weekly rotating Day / Nigh shift.
Must possess Basic English knowledge (Read/Speak/Write).
