We are looking for a Global/Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts (global market, especially for Europe/India/Korea/Japan regions) of our company.
Job Responsibilities
-Develop markets and channels, identify and qualify potential customers
-Customer management, developing and maintaining customer relationships, especially with key stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers
-Take responsibility for understanding customers demands and requirements
-Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
-Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Job Requirements and skills
-Experience as Sales/BD/FAE in the Semiconductor industry, and experience in the Ethernet communication field is preferred
-Fluent spoken & written English
-Enthusiastic team worker & good communicator
-Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
-Bachelor or above education background in Electronics, Communications, or related majors
-Willing to travel frequently
