About the Team
The TikTok LIVE Revenue Product Team focuses on enhancing monetization strategies for TikToks live streaming platform by developing innovative features like in-app purchases and virtual gifting. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, engaging user experiences that drive revenue growth. Our work is driven by data insights and market trends, ensuring TikTok LIVE remains a leading platform for creators to monetize their content.

Job Description
  • Responsible for the operation of international live streaming products, promoting various live streaming product features in global markets through organizing global events, product education, etc.

  • Dive deep into understanding users and content, identify issues, provide feedback, complete requirements collection and coordination, track online performance, drive continuous iteration and optimization of features, and generate industry-leading content.

  • Ability to independently create related activity documents and reports, with clear measurement indicators for goals and outputs, conduct comprehensive reviews of various activities, summarise the revenue of each activity, and clarify the best practices for each activity.
    Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or above with over 4 years of internet product operation experience, demonstrating in-depth thinking and creativity.

  • Possess strong data analysis capabilities, able to summarise experience from activity reviews and guide activity iteration.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with a strong ability to withstand pressure and solve complex issues.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global product experience, especially in international markets.

  • Overseas study or work experience.

  • Extremely strong promotion ability, with the capacity to quickly identify and solve challenges in the promotion process.
