We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change initiatives within our client's regional FMCG operations. The Role
- Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to local business needs and aligned with organizational goals.
- Engage key stakeholders, including department heads, team leads, and change advocates, to secure buy-in for change initiatives.
- Create and deliver clear, localized communication plans to inform employees about change impacts, key milestones, and benefits.
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate how changes will affect local business units and address any readiness gaps.
- Prepare the workforce for transitions by providing relevant tools, training resources, and ongoing support.
- Monitor employee engagement and adoption levels, identifying resistance and implementing targeted interventions like coaching or additional training.
- Track and report progress on change initiatives, gathering data to inform continuous improvements in the change approach.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure changes are embedded in local operations and address any ongoing challenges or feedback.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years in change management or organizational development, with experience in multinational environments.
- Proven experience in successfully driving change within complex business settings.
- Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR), and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to influence and foster engagement at all organizational levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in assessing change readiness and managing interventions.
