We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our client, a key player in the insurance industry on an exciting 6-months project with high potential of extension. The Project Manager will lead a large-scale digital transformation project which is a key part of the company's ongoing digital evolution and regional growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects at a regional level.
The Role
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT architects, developers, and external vendors, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Drive clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolutions to senior management.
- Oversee project execution using a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach, adapting methodologies based on the needs of the project and stakeholders.
- Manage risks, track project progress, and proactively resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact timelines or scope.
- Collaborate closely with regional business units to ensure local requirements are met while aligning with broader project goals.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk logs, and meeting notes for internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- 5-7 years of relevant project management experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Strong background in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) and Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to manage hybrid approaches.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-phased projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
