Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the center is always in top condition. Supervise transactions and manage merchandise purchases.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare monthly performance reports and conduct bi-weekly team meetings.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities. Oversee digital marketing to drive customer engagement and business growth.
- Manage recruitment, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations. Lead team development and conduct performance appraisals.
- Manage operational budgets, including manpower expenses. Collaborate with partners and vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Enhance customer service based on feedback, increase membership renewals, and boost referrals. Resolve customer complaints and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality management, golf facilities, high-end clubs, restaurants, or retail operations.
- Proven experience in managing a team of over 10 employees.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
