What you will be working on
You will primarily assist in the processing and analysis of manpower-related data for a sectoral study in the Built Environment (BE) sector. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing workforce data to support research outcomes. The position also requires coordinating with multiple agencies as part of a larger effort to understand workforce trends and develop sector-specific approaches.
- Support data collection, cleaning, and analysis related to workforce trends in the BE sector.
- Process and manage data to meet the objectives of the sectoral study.
- Collaborate with other agencies to contribute to the development of sector-based workforce strategies.
- Engage with firms and assist in addressing their inquiries and providing updates.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including firm engagement and cross-functional projects.
What are we looking for
- Singaporean only
- Diploma holder and above with disciplines in Engineering & Science
- Keen to understand national programme development and data applications in programmes.
- Strong data analytical knowledge and data processing skillsets such as PowerBI, Process Automation (RPA).
