Job Scopes
- Support in the formulation and review of Finance related system processes and workflows
- Support and assist in system implementation and change management efforts:
- Liaise with various stakeholders on the review of master data in finance related systems
- Ensure the correct mapping and charging of expenditure
- Prepare data for migration
- Support follow-ups in system-related matters, such as the following:
- Seek and collate inputs from stakeholders
- Track progress of system incidents and change requests
- Secretariat work in review committees
- Excel analysis on Finance data
- Assist ad-hoc projects/matters
Job Requirements
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Familiarity in SAP and government financial procedures will be an advantage.
