Bayes is representing a globaly renowed Commodities Business in the Grains Trading function. They are looking for someone who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales network throughout Asia in soybean, soybean meal, corn and wheat. They would also utilise their existing and new relationships with clients to understand their price risk management needs, selling structured products where appropriate and potentially introducing and creating revenue from CZ's other services.
Tasks & Responsibilities
. Creating long lasting and profitable relationships with clients primarily through providing price risk management solutions.
. Understand clients risk management needs and objectives to provide tailored OTC derivatives solutions.
. Develop new customer network, actively searching for new customers to sell derivatives structures to.
. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
. Understanding regional grains supply and demand to assist with business development areas.
. Maintain consistent communication with clients about risk management and where they can utilise derivatives.
. Supply internal team and external clients with market information to ensure better decision making.
. Working as part of a team to help deliver strategy and ideas to help with the growth of the business.
