Grant Management Specialist (1 Year Contract Renewable)

Position Overview:

The Grant Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the processing of grant claims from licensees and ensuring that the licensees from Private and VWO sectors are incentivized appropriately to encourage early adoption prior to the enforcement dates. Additionally, the role will involve designing and establishing grant principles, processes, and SOP to support digitization of the healthcare sector and developing an operating model to manage the administration of the reimbursement of incentives. The Grant Management Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and regularly updating the status of utilization to management and working closely with grant licensees and internal finance.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the processing of grants claim from licensees
• Ensure that the Licensees from Private and VWO sectors are fairly incentivised through the appropriate financial schemes to encourage early adoption prior to the enforcement dates
• Design and establish grant principles, processes, and SOP to support digitization of the healthcare sector.
• Develop the operating model to manage the administration of the reimbursement of incentives.
• Monitors and regularly updates the status of utilization to management.
• Work closely with grant licensees and internal Finance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Grant Management function.
• Experience in Financial responsibilities in relation to Grant operations.
• Good written and spoken communications, communicates effectively with all levels of management, partners, and licensees.
• Great interpersonal skills to establish a good relationship with partners and licensees.
