ABOUT THE ROLE
As a graphic design strategist in the User Growth team for Elfie, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-friendly designs that make health monitoring accessible and engaging. The role ensures Elfie's value proposition is presented in a format that encourages users to actively onboard with Elfie and participate in managing their chronic conditions. By creating visually appealing and accessible designs across various marketing materials, you contribute significantly towards Elfie's north star: maximising global health impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop visual concepts for user acquisition campaigns tailored to various markets, demographics and therapeutic areas, ensuring cultural appropriateness and engagement.
- Create static and motion graphics and video content for various platforms, adapting styles and formats to suit different audience preferences and
- technical requirements.
- Design and produce finalized assets for multiple channels, adhering to brand guidelines, healthcare industry standards, and local market nuances.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create effective visual solutions. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure marketing assets align with the app's interface and overall user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives and concepts, analyze performance metrics, and stay informed about industry trends.
- Participate in regular team meetings and campaign performance reviews, presenting design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final designs.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Over 5 years of experience in graphic design for marketing across multiple markets, including at least 2 years with an app-based company.
- Proven skills in design thinking methodologies, with a focus on creating static and motion ads, editing video content, creating UI videos for digital advertising.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffect, Premiere Pro), Figma, and relevant 2D/3D software.
- Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory, with the ability to produce positive sentiments materials that challenge industry norms in health advertising.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating leadership while managing diverse requirements, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.

ABOUT ELFIE
Elfie is the first completely free, gamified mobile app that rewards users for monitoring their health. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact.
We have a footprint in 7 countries (Brazil, France, United Kingdom, Turkey, Egypt, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam), growing to 12 by the end of 2024 and 25 by the end of 2025.
How do we monetize
We have 2 independent yet synergic business models:
- Pharmaceutical companies: Elfie's free application is sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, who need to drive treatment adherence and access anonymized real-world data. Pharmaceutical companies cover our company operational costs and the promotion of the application.
- Insurers and employers: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
