Interpret Design Briefs: Collaborate with salespersons and clients to fully understand their vision and needs. Develop and refine artwork concepts that align with their requirements.
Create Artwork: Utilize industry-leading design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Flexi, CorelDraw) to craft detailed signage shop drawings and structures.
Prepare and Finalize Artwork: Ensure artwork is prepared to the highest standards for production and printing.
Coordinate Production: Work closely with the production team to ensure that the final product matches the artwork specifications.
Conduct Quality Checks: Oversee the production process and perform thorough quality checks on final products to ensure they meet client specifications and expectations.
Manage Projects: Juggle multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines, ensuring top-notch design quality and precision.
Collaborate with Teams: Engage with marketing, sales, and product development teams to maintain a unified brand message and ensure cohesive design integration.
Incorporate Feedback: Be responsive to feedback and revisions to refine and perfect designs, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Job Requirements:
Educational Background: A recognized diploma or degree in Graphic Design is preferred and will be considered advantageous.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the signage industry is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in key design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Flexi, and CorelDraw.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
