Job PurposeResponsible for developing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate educational content and concepts. Work closely with marketing team to create graphics for a range of materials, including digital and print formats.
Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and banners.- Develop and design branding materials and marketing collaterals and promotional materials.

Work collaboratively with with the team to understand design requirements and objectives.- Translate concepts and ideas into visually engaging designs that meet project goals.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Develop and implement design standards and best practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain and organize a library of design assets and templates for efficient use.
Stay updated with design trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
Strong creative skills with the ability to produce high-quality, visually engaging designs.
