Ensure the project's Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and architectural systems comply with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark certification criteria.
Work closely with design and engineering teams to incorporate sustainable practices that meet Green Mark standards, including energy efficiency, water conservation, and environmentally friendly materials.
Monitor and assess MEP and architectural system installations to ensure they align with Green Mark requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including consultants and regulatory bodies, to achieve sustainable design and compliance targets.
Maintain accurate documentation of compliance efforts, prepare necessary reports, and facilitate project audits related to Green Mark criteria.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP and architectural systems within the construction industry.
Proven knowledge of Green Mark certification requirements and sustainable building practices.
Strong understanding of MEP and architectural system integration to meet environmental and sustainability criteria.
Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams to meet sustainability goals.
Attention to detail and ability to track and document compliance with regulatory standards and certification criteria.
