BBQ GRILLER (PART TIME)Part Time rate: $20-25/hr
Work Schedule: 12nn to 4pm / 6pm to 10pm (3-4 hrs per day)
Location: Orchard Rd. Mandarin Gallery
The BBQ Griller
is mainly responsible for preparing and grilling foods to meet specific customer preferences, and required to handle minimal tasks in other areas of the kitchen in addition to their grill stations.
Keeping track of meal prep components to ensure timely completion of final dishes
- Checking perishable ingredients and food items for freshness
Taking daily measures to prevent food cross-contamination
- Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.
Ability to speak simple to average English and other local languages, to provide good customer service for customers.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a hardworking individual.
Willingness to work as a team player when preparing dishes and coordinating meal service- Understanding of portions when cutting and slicing meat, poultry etc.
