This role reports to the Finance Director.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

The role is responsible for the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements; as well as finance operational tasks which includes but not limited to preparing full sets of financial statements.

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements; ensure timely consolidation of multiple subsidiaries/ groups.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory requirements; assist with audits.
• Work with subsidiary finance teams to gather data and reconciliation, etc.
• Preparation of entity level financial statements and finance operations functions such as payments.
• Assist in processes and system implementation when required.
• Undertake additional tasks and assist in adhoc project when required.

Requirement:

We welcome candidates with at least 3 years of audit experience or group consolidation experience to apply for the role.
