Group Accountant

About Us:

We are an investment holding group (the shareholder of Gotion Singapore - a leading provider of new energy storage solutions and a regional HQ for the APAC market excluding China) rapidly establishing our presence in Singapore and the region. Specializing in renewable energy, we are expanding our portfolio investments, product services, and fund management activities.

Responsibilities:

We seek an experienced Group Accountant to lead our finance team. Your primary responsibilities include incorporating companies locally and regionally, preparing and analyzing financial reports at both holding and group levels, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in corporate finance matters such as cash management and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Description:

• Oversee holding company and group level accounting and consolidation, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, group policies, and procedures.
• Conduct cash flow projections and assist with treasury functions, including cash management and currency exposure management.
• Support corporate finance initiatives, including project feasibility analysis, project finance structuring, and documentation.
• Assist in the annual audit process and the preparation of annual reports.
• Prepare tax returns and filings, maintaining compliance with Singaporean regulations, coordinating other tax reporting requirements, and liaising with tax agents.
• Fulfil any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy and ACCA or CPA equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting or auditing.
• Proficiency in handling full sets of accounts and consolidation.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software and databases preferred.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently under tight schedules.
