Job Description

Frazer Jones has been appointed and retained by a renowned global creative group to identify a transformative Chief People Officer (CPO). This newly created pivotal role will serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and the leadership team, driving human resources strategy to propel continued growth and innovation. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CPO will spearhead HR initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. The successful candidate will partner with the CEO to align HR strategy with business objectives, attract and retain exceptional talent, develop capabilities to support expansion, and preserve the company's unique cultural identity.

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with 15+ years of experience in high-growth, dynamic environments within creative, media, digital, technology or similar sector, possessing a proven track record of driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HR best practices and innovative strategies, as well as a strong network across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and North America.

The suitable candidate will be a visionary HR leader with exceptional influencing skills, able to partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape the organization's future. They will possess expertise in developing and executing impactful HR strategies, leading cross-cultural teams, and fostering inclusivity, with a proven ability to drive organizational change and transformation.

Extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive talent programmes, including management trainee programmes, graduate development initiatives, and leadership development pipelines. A strong track record in learning and development, having created and delivered training programs that enhance organisational capability, drive cultural transformation, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Proven success in senior talent pipelining, having identified, attracted, and developed high-potential leaders to drive business growth and succession planning.

To succeed in this role, the candidate will demonstrate inspirational leadership, strategic acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate complexity.
