Group Finance Manager

THE COMPANY

Our Client is an US MNC in the Professional Services industry (P&L size of $800 Million USD) with strong presence in APAC and headquartered in Singapore. They are now looking for a Group Finance Manager to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Group Financial Controller.

THE ROLE

The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and reviewing work done by the finance team (6 reports)
• Month end/Quarter end closing review
• Consolidation and management reporting for regional subsidiaries
• Developing regional management reporting on revenue, profit, and forecast
• Strategic Planning (3 Years, 5 Years)
• Responsible for internal controls and policies,
• SOX Compliance
• Statutory Reporting duties (Tax, Audit, etc)

REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
• Has at least 8 years of work experience, preferably started their career in an audit environment
• Good interpersonal skill, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
