Group Financial Controller (APAC)

Location & Details:

• Base in Singapore, One North
• Report to: Vice President, Finance
• Salary: $10,000 - $12,000

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Controller focusing on delivering exceptional financial oversight, process management, and strategic contributions across the APAC region. The position requires a proactive leader adept at project and process improvement, particularly within the Singapore-based team handling group-level operations and diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee regional finance operations, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to support decision-making through comprehensive financial insights and strategies.
• Establish and refine financial processes to enhance operational performance and transparency.
• Support and oversee strategic projects throughout the region, involving travel for on-site involvement and coordination
• Lead process improvements and manage group-level projects based out of Singapore.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in financial management.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing effective financial processes
• Capable of providing high-level analysis and actionable insights that shape business strategies
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and concise communication skills
• Familiarity with business operations and practices in Southeast Asia
• Required business travel across APAC every two months, including to the Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand).
