Key Responsibilities:
- P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Develop, mentor, and manage a diverse team of professionals across various departments to achieve operational excellence.
- Multi-site Management: Coordinate and oversee operations across multiple sites to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high standards of service delivery.
- Operational Oversight: Implement and monitor processes and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and environmental sustainability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the recycling or waste management industry.
- Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading multi-site operations.

- Experience working in both multinational and local organizations.
