Job Title: Multi-Outlet Operations Manager

About Us:


DKD Co. is the largest Anytime Fitness Franchisee group with multiple outlets across Singapore. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Outlet Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our diverse locations.

Job Overview:


As the Multi-Outlet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and profitability across all our outlets. You will lead a team of outlet managers, implement company-wide initiatives, and drive performance improvements while maintaining our high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability across all outlets
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform decision-making and resource allocation
Lead the execution of company-wide initiatives and ensure consistent implementation across all locations
  • 2. Performance Management:

Set, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for each outlet
  • Identify underperforming outlets and develop targeted improvement plans
Conduct regular performance reviews with outlet managers and provide constructive feedback
  • 3. Team Leadership and Development:
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of outlet managers and key staff
  • Implement succession planning and talent development programs across all locations
Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and high performance
  • 4. Financial Management:

Manage budgets and financial performance across all outlets
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
  • 5. Quality Control and Standardization:
Ensure consistent quality standards and brand representation across all outlets
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all locations
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • 6. Customer Experience:
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all outlets
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to address common issues
Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all locations
  • 7. Crisis Management and Problem-Solving:
Develop and implement crisis management protocols for multi-outlet scenarios
  • Address and resolve complex operational issues that affect multiple locations
Make swift, informed decisions in high-pressure situations
  • 8. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure optimal service and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR, finance) to align multi-outlet operations with company-wide objectives
Represent the operations team in senior management meetings and strategic planning sessions
  • 9. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in multi-unit management
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve operations and customer experience
Lead change management initiatives to keep the organization competitive and efficient
  • Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management
  • Proven track record of improving operational performance and profitability across multiple locations
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams across different geographical locations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in operations management software and data analysis tools
Willingness to travel frequently to different outlet locations

Pay: $5,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
