Frazer Jones has been appointed and retained by a well-established leader in the technology industry to identify an accomplished Group Head of Talent Management. This newly created, high-impact role will act as a critical partner to the senior leadership team, driving the overall talent strategy to support the organization's ongoing transformation and growth. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Group Head of Talent Management will lead talent management initiatives, cultivating a high-performing culture and enhancing employee engagement across all levels.
We are seeking an experienced talent management leader with 15+ years of expertise in dynamic, large-scale environments, ideally within technology, or similarly complex sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in developing and executing talent strategies that are aligned with business goals, a deep understanding of talent pipelines, and a proven ability to foster leadership capabilities to meet current and future organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and influential leader, skilled in aligning talent development practices with business objectives, partnering with the CHRO and executive team to shape the organization's talent landscape. They will bring extensive experience in talent and succession planning, leadership development, and capability-building programs, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities will include designing and implementing end-to-end talent programs such as graduate development, management trainee schemes, and leadership training initiatives. The role also requires a deep understanding of learning and development, with proven experience in creating impactful programs that drive a culture of continuous improvement and elevate organizational performance. Experience in senior talent pipelining, identifying high-potential leaders, and succession planning is essential.
