Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Group Travel Planner to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for setting detailed arrangements based on our company's designed travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all group members. Additionally, you will handle essential office administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
. Set detailed arrangements according to the company's designed and planned travel itineraries.
. Communicate and coordinate with various travel suppliers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and attractions.
. Ensure all travel-related tasks are carried out smoothly, including but not limited to visa processing, flight bookings, and accommodation arrangements.
. Address any issues that arise during the trip, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all group members.
. Manage the budget and financial records of the travel group.
. Provide excellent customer service by answering participants inquiries and needs.
. Perform office administrative duties.
Requirements:
. At least two years of relevant experience in the field.
. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
. Fluent in both Mandarin and English for communication and writing.
. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
. Knowledgeable about travel regulations and international travel standards.
. Good problem-solving skills.
