Growth Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop user journey, working on user conversion and life cycle management Create user growth strategy via cross-functional cooperation, data analysis and capitalizing trend

Design and carry out effective campaigns to boost user acquisition and trading volume

Develop and manage growth tools e.g. reward hub, referral program and in-house media resources

Work with product team to develop and improve growth product and tools

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in growth and user operations in crypto or internet industry

Proven track record in user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, with demonstrated success in growth metrics

Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies

Strong communication and Cross-functional collaboration skills

Bachelor's Degree or above, English as working language, mandarin is a plus
