Guest Ambassador [Flexible work arrangement]

At the hotel lobby

• Provide warm welcome and farewell to all guests
• Offer luggage assistance
• Provide information pertaining to the hotel
• Monitor and manage the queue at the lobby
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, either directly or by coordinating with relevant department

Requirement

- Service-oriented

- Loves interaction with guests

Flexible work arrangement

- Minimum 03 days a week

- Able to commit at least 03 months

- From 9.30am to 6.30pm

- $4 meal allowance per shift for minimum 06 hours work

- $50 a month if work more than 50hours a month
