Guest Relations Executive
Salary: $2,500-$3,500
Working Days and Timing: 5.5 Days per week, Based on Roster
Location: Purvis Street / Katong
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Maintain the highest standard of service quality
- Upkeep of the restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Prepare tables for meals, including set up items such as linen , silverware and glassware
- Taking or orders and serving of food and drinks
- Dealing with bill payment
- Attending to and addressing customer's queries
- Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
- Assist in enforcing staff discipline and compliance to policies
- Able to work on split shift, weekends and public holiday preferred
