Roles During Operations:
- Perform Guest Relations Officer (GRO) duties according to company SOPs.
- Highlight customers requiring special attention during roll-call.
- Manage walk-in customers to optimize table turnover and manage waiting times.
- Collaborate with service team to ensure timely table turnovers.
- Coordinate customer arrivals and seating to ensure smooth operations.
- Personally greet Premium members by name.
- Survey diners, handle, and resolve complaints.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Lead the GRO department to ensure high service standards.
- Train the GRO team to improve proficiency and efficiency.
Roles During Non-Operations:
- Follow up on upcoming reservations within the standard timeframe.
- Ensure GRO department's opening and closing are aligned with company standards.
- Prepare sales quotations and event materials.
- Set up GRO departments at new outlets, including staff training.
- Address and resolve customer feedback via email and online platforms.
- Standardize GRO department procedures across the brand.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in training the service team on customer relations.
- Participate in company initiatives and special projects as needed.
