. Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients
. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
. Analyze customer feedback from guests and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and addressing customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
. Establish friendly relationships with regular clients
. Foster a culture of hospitality excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement among team members.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements.
. Japanese knowledge and speaking is advantage.
. Good communication skills are must.
. Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
. Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
. Ability to work flexible hours
