Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is looking for a Guest Services Agent (Call Centre) who is hands on, worldly in their outlook and performs with flair someone who knows what it takes to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Update whiteboard on F&B promotions, room service menus and status of restaurant reservations
  • Forward general emails received to relevant persons or departments
  • Enter information from guest comment cards into computer system
  • Process all incoming calls from and to external and in-house guests
  • Answer guests enquiries
  • Assist guest with international call connections and directory enquiries
  • Record wake up calls request and conduct wake up calls
  • Take messages for guests and key into OPERA
  • Take in all guests requests, including: F&B booking, room service orders, laundry service and room making requests
  • Forward guests request to relevant departments through FCS system and monitor the status

What We Need From You

  • Prior experience with general knowledge of front office operations will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Excellent communication, team management skills and service orientation
  • Computer literate
