Job Description

The Guest Service Officer orientate and give assistance to guests, as well as providing necessary information. S/he reports directly to the Chef Concierge.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Assist guest with their luggage
  • To ensure job assigned through HOTSOS is followed up timely
  • Rooming the guests
  • Assist the guest in case of a room transfer
  • Deliver message accordingly where necessary
  • Assist guest in getting a taxi
  • To assist guest for information queries
  • To carry out any other duties when directed by the Management

.This role is for 2 properties: Novotel Singapore on Kitchener (nearest MRT: Farrer Park) & Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre (nearest MRT: Chinatown).
