Hair Care Sales cum Educator

Job Description

1. Develop to meet or exceed the sales target given by the company.

2. Develop new accounts by cold calls and maintain existing accounts.

3. Be knowledgeable and be well versed in all range of products that company is selling.

4. Provide excellence customer relationship management.

5. Actively manage interactions with current and prospective customers.

6. Participating in sales team meetings and suggesting suitable options for achieving targets, and to assit with all company events such as product launches etc.

7. Provide product training to Hair Salons.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in sales or business development, preferable in haircare industry.

2. Willing to do door-to-door sales.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Good interpersonal, communication skills and pleasant personality.

5. Results-driven and proactive self-starter with strong analytical skills, a team player with a positive personality and good initiative.

6. Able to speak English and Mandarin.
