Job Responsibilities:
. Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings.
. Respond to messages for appointment scheduling.
. Handle the cash register and manage daily closing procedures.
. Ensure the front desk counter is kept clean and organized.
. Assist with salon cleanliness, including sweeping and tidying up after customers leave.
. Greet and seat customers, offering them refreshments.
