HAIRSTYLIST MANAGER

Lead and manage daily operations within the salon, ensuring a high standard of client service.

Provide expert hairstyling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling.

Conduct consultations with clients, offering advice on styles and treatments that best suit their needs.

Mentor junior stylists, providing training and guidance to develop their skills.

Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to maintain industry standards.

Manage inventory and ensure that all salon products and tools are maintained.

Ensure salon cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.

Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Requirements:

Minimum of five years experience as a hairstylist, with at least one year in a managerial role.

Strong technical skills in hairstyling, coloring, and treatments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
